| "Cinematec - Park of the Moving Image" was conceived as a showcase for the
exhibition of historic large film formats from Cinerama to IMAX and to
ensure the preservation of these momentous processes in a permanent
exhibition at a single site which will ensure very high visitation and
superior visibility. Cinematec will be a unique tribute to the moving image and will feature a number of world firsts and all located in southern Florida. It will not be a "studiotour" type of attraction nor will it feature cuddly, fuzzy "characters". IMAX, Showscan, 70mm 3D, Torusope, flight simulation will be just a few of the many types of film and presentation formats that will be on exhibition. Since the park is dedicated to the exhibition of new presentation technologies, it will also feature ahead-of-the-art motion/flight simulation and 70mm projection. This unrivaled park will include architectural design that will range from the very stylized motion picture theatre styles of the 1950´s to the futuristic "Art-Tech" style, developed by Entertec, to represent a view of the future of motion picture entertainment. As part of the Cinematec project it is proposed that a worldclass Cineplex theatre development with at least 14 screens be included in the development. These theaters will feature the latest in projection and sound technologies including THX, plush seating and quality management. Major US and UK based motion picture exhibitors have expressed interest in developing not only the theatre Cineplex, but also the construction of the only 750-seat 70mm "first run" theater in southern Florida. The theatre will be capable of showing not only conventional 35mm motion pictures, but also 70mm first run films. The 86´x 32´ (26,2m x 9,8m) screen will be the largest commercial screen on the east coast. In keeping with Entertec´s dedication to preservation, presentation of classic 70mm films, in their original formats, will also be possible. Such film formats as CinemaScope, Todd-AO, D-150, Ultra Panavision 70 and many more processes will also be possible. Such a facility will be unique to not only Florida but also the entire U.S. and will make it a calling card for not only preservationists but also the elite of the Hollywood establishment. Even at this early stage of development Entertec is actively talking to and working with sime of the major names in the entertainment and attraction industries - AND THEIR SUPPORT IS OVERWHELMING! Such names as IMAX, Thomson Entertainment, 20th Century Fox, Gensler, SONY, Universal Studios and many more are already lining up to play a major role in this project´s development. |

Cinematec Update Fall 1997 |

| Entertec will not be proceeding with plans in include a Cinerama Theater at
our theme park project in Florida, at this time. We also will not be
continuing with our efforts to restore the Cinerama negatives. For the past
two years EDC has been negotiating with Mike Foreman, President and owner of
Cinerama and Chairman of Pacific Theatres Corporation, regarding the
restoration of the badly decayed negatives as well as construction of a
replica of the Cinerama Dome at our theme park project. In early July 1997,
Mr. Foreman informed us that Cinerama had chosen to restore the films
"themselves" and that they were seriously considering exhibiting them at
either new venues or restored sites. Since those plans were in the conceptual stage, we were not made aware of their exact plans. Cinerama being a privately owned we respectfully discontinue our plans. While we are quite disappointed that all our efforts to restore Cinerama, to date, have been nullified, but we are pleased that Cinerama has finally taken the responsibility of restoring their very historic relics and negatives, many of which are in very poor condition. We are very hopeful that Cinerama will actually proceed with their plans. However, past experience, unfortunately, suggests that this will not come to pass - again. We are hoping that fans of the process will persist and prevail. It is our plan, however, to include an exhibition of some Cinerama memorabilia and possibly an interactive presentation of how Cinerama was produced in our theme park museum. At this time, we have not decided exactly what will replace Cinerama Dome Theater, however, we are in negotiation with a major theater chain to build a movieplex in the former location of the proposed Cinerama Dome replica. This theater will be a 70mm theater that will be capable of screening many of the old formats such as Todd-AO, Ultra Panavision 70, Dimension-150 etc., as well as present feature film products. Despite very vicious and misleading rumors that are in circulation by a few less-than-professional publications, at this time, please rest assured that our efforts for our large film format and simulation theme park plans are still very much on track and proceeding extremely well.
