Seattle was a big success. I think the total attendance over the 7 day event (18 Cinerama performances in all) was over 7,600 people. "How The West Was Won" 6 showings --"Search for Paradise" 3 showings--- "Windjammer" 3 showings--"This is Cinerama" 6 showings. The first and last showings of "How The West Was Won" were sold out.

After it's restoration the theater seats 760 people. They asked me to give a speech at the beginning of each show with historical background information on each title. Both I and Otto Lang director of "Search for Paradise" were on hand in the lobby, Otto to sign his latest book and I was presenting clips from the documentary on a monitor. I worked with the projection crew for about 4 days before hand to get them into the Cinerama mindset, and help cue lights and curtain as well as align the panels between the 4 titles shown.
