This is the REALORAMA, made in the 1950s by the David White Company, most well-known for the Stereo Realist 3-D camera. Though the company was well-behind stereoscopic imaging, this product shows it did not ignore CINERAMA.

Viewing the slides on a concave mirror imparts that "curved screen" sense of depth hallmark of the motion picture process, but works equally well on vertical format slides as with those composed horizontally.

Wonderama

Ten years before he used the socalled "Super-Cinerama" (actually Ultra-Panavison) for his epic comedy "It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World" (1963) Stanley Kramer offered audiences "The first in Wonderama" when he made his strange fantasy musical "The 5000 Fingers of Dr. T.". Well, due to the somewhat weird quality of this film it turned out to be an instant flop (though it found its devoted following over the years) and "people stayed away in droves".
However the attached poster would fit well into your funny collections of all kinds of Ramas on your website.
