Film actress Hannelore Bollmann-Cantor (born May 10, 1925) passed away on April 07, 2023 in Santa Barbara at the age of 98.

The actress Hannelore Bollmann-Cantor made between 1947 and 1966 more than 20 feature films of the mostly lighter kind. Films such as FERIEN VOM ICH, DIE CHRISTEL VON DER POST, KAISERBALL, OH DIESE FERIEN or DAS SONNTAGSKIND with Heinz Rühmann are still remembered. In her first marriage she was married to the successful Austrian director Franz Antel.

From her second marriage with the film producer Rudolf Travnicek, producer of the 70mm film
"Flying Clipper - Traumreise Unter Weissen Segeln" and involved in the development of the 65mm MCS camera (ONKEL TOMS HÜTTE, VERFLUCHTEN DER PAMPAS, OLD SHATTERHAND etc.), she had a son Alexander Sasha, who died in 2021. Hannelore lived in the Hills of Los Angeles until her death and was last married to the Columbia director Francis Cantor.
