lack of US advertising, here's the Italian 7OMM Release at the Arcadia in
Melzo, near Milan
The following is a reference / historical
listing of the 70-millimeter presentations of “Death on the Nile” in the
United States and Canada.
The 20th Century Fox release was directed by Kenneth Branagh (“Hamlet,”
“Murder on the Orient Express”) and starred Tom Bateman, Annette Bening,
Kenneth Branagh, Russell Brand, Ali Fazal, Dawn French, Gal Gadot, Armie
Hammer, Rose Leslie, Emma Mackey, Sophie Okonedo, Jennifer Saunders, and
Letitia Wright. The North American release of the film was February 11th,
2022
The 70mm prints of “Death on the Nile” featured Datasat audio and Panavision
Super 70 imagery (based upon a film-out of a DI and letterboxed at
approximately 2.39:1).
